- How To Pay
- We accept all Mastercard and Visa Cards.
Simply include the details requested on the order form, and we
will charge your card when we ship your order
If you submit your order through the post, you can also pay by
an International Money Order (in pounds sterling please!) or (UK
Only) a cheque or postal order.
- Shipping Costs
- UK Shipping and Handling charges £3.50 - £5.00 for
larger orders. Europe £5.00 - £10.00 for larger orders.
Ouside of the EU £15.00.

- Currencies
- All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling, the currency
of the United Kingdom.
You do not need to calculate the exchange rate or anything when
ordering from our site. The exchange from one currency to another
is automatically made by your credit card company when we charge
your card, and you should see the exchange rate applied on your
next statement.
To see how much what you have ordered will cost in your own country,
click on the 'Shopping Cart' icon on any page, to view what you
have ordered and the total. Below your list of items is a link
to a currency converter that you can use to find out how much
your order will cost in your own currency. PLEASE NOTE that this
is not exact - the exchange rates are bound to be different, even
slightly, when your credit card gets charged.
- Shipping Times
- We usually ship your order within 48 hours. The time for delivery
will depend upon your location. We use Airmail for international
orders, and this rarely takes longer than 12 days.
- Returns
- If goods are damaged upon receipt, return them to us and we
will send you a replacement free of charge and refund your reasonable
return postage costs.
If you need to return the goods for any other reason (they don't
fit or you don't like them, for example), then you return the
goods at your cost, and we will furbish you with a refund, minus
our postage costs.
